How To Return An Item

If you would like to return items that have been ordered, please email sales@piprd.com or call 765-458-7463.

Should you decide to return an item, please include the original receipt and write the reason for return on the receipt. Customer will pay for shipping for returned items. A 20% restocking fee will be charged.

We will not accept returns past 90 days of delivery.  The items have to be in an unused condition and correctly packaged. Custom orders cannot be returned. 

Your refund will process within 3-5 business days of delivery of returned items. The refund will be returned via credit card if you paid via credit card for purchases made online. The refund will not include freight costs of the items. 

Mighty Line offers a three-year limited warranty on its floor tape. Damage caused by dragging or pulling heavy skids across the tape will void the warranty. If you have a return because of a manufacturer's defect please follow these instructions.
