PIPRD - Industrial Floor Signs

Our proven .025" industrial construction is an excellent choice for most warehouse and manufacturing applications. It is engineered to withstand regular foot traffic and wheeled traffic from forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other industrial equipment while maintaining a strong bond to properly prepared floors.

For most industrial floor sign applications, PIPRD Industrial provides an excellent combination of durability, performance, and value.

PIPRD XD - Extra-Duty Industrial Floor Signs

For higher-wear locations, choose PIPRD XD. Its .040" construction is 60% thicker and features a precision beveled edge designed to create a smoother transition between the floor and the sign.

The thicker construction and beveled perimeter provide enhanced resistance to incidental scraping, snagging, and edge damage—common causes of floor sign replacement in busy industrial facilities.

Both constructions perform exceptionally well under normal wheel traffic. XD is recommended when additional protection against scraping and edge impacts is desired.

Position signs where employees and equipment operators can easily see the message before placing materials or equipment in a designated clear area.

Peel-and-Stick Installation

No special applicator is required. Simply clean and dry the installation area, remove the release liner, position the sign, and apply firm, even pressure across the entire surface.

For maximum adhesive contact, pay particular attention to the perimeter of the sign and apply substantial pressure after installation. A hand roller or weighted floor roller may be used to help seat the adhesive into the texture of the floor.

Designed for Industrial Floors

PIPRD floor signs are designed for properly prepared, smooth to moderately textured industrial flooring. As with any pressure-sensitive floor marking product, floor condition and surface preparation play an important role in adhesion and service life.

For best results, install on a clean, dry surface free from dust, oil, grease, loose coatings, and other contaminants.

Specialty Options

Have an application outside a typical industrial environment? Freezer Grade and Temporary constructions are also available for applications requiring specialized adhesive performance.

Freezer Grade – For cold-storage and freezer applications.

Temporary (Upon Request) – For short-term applications where removability is preferred.

Important Performance Information

PIPRD and PIPRD XD are engineered for demanding industrial traffic. However, no adhesive floor sign is immune to damage from sharp objects or severe scraping. Exposed nails, damaged pallets, metal objects, forklift forks, or heavily loaded objects dragged across the floor can damage the sign.

PIPRD XD provides enhanced resistance to incidental scraping and edge damage but is not scrape- or gouge-proof. Scraping and gouging damage are not covered under product warranty.
